Guest Registration Requirements

All guests staying at Pocodobe must be registered with the Arrowhead Lake Community Association prior to arrival. This is a requirement for access to the community and its amenities.

After booking, you will receive a registration form to complete. Please be prepared to provide the following:

• Names of all guests in your party (age 6 and up)

• Make, model, and year of each vehicle

• License plate number and issuing state for each vehicle

You will not be able to access the community without being registered.

Community Registration Fees

• In-Season (Memorial Day Weekend – Labor Day Weekend):
  $8.50 per person (age 6+) per night
  $20 per vehicle
  $20 admin fee

• Off-Season (Labor Day Weekend – Memorial Day Weekend):
  $2.00 per person (age 6+) per night
  $20 per vehicle
  $20 admin fee

These fees will be collected through the same payment method used for booking after you submit your registration info.

All registration info must be submitted no later than 2 days before arrival to avoid a $100 expedited processing fee. Failure to provide the registration information may result in your booking getting cancelled without a refund.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Guests will receive a 100% refund (minus the cancellation fee) if the reservation is canceled 45 days or more before the check-in date.
• Guests will receive a 50% refund (minus the cancellation fee) if the reservation is canceled 30 to 44 days before the check-in date.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date.

Cancellation fee or 3% of the total charged.

Please consider buying travel insurance to protect yourself from anything that is not covered under the cancellation policy (weather, power outages, guest reasons for backing out, etc.).
