Please note that this property has a 30-day minimum stay and requires completion of a renters agreement.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Guests will receive a 100% refund (minus the cancellation fee) if the reservation is canceled 45 days or more before the check-in date.
- Guests will receive a 50% refund (minus the cancellation fee) if the reservation is canceled 30 to 44 days before the check-in date.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date.
Cancellation fee is $75 or 3% of the total charged, whichever is higher.
Please consider buying travel insurance to protect yourself from anything that is not covered under the cancellation policy (weather, power outages, guest reasons for backing out, etc.).
